I would like for this prison to become a place where people can stay if they have nowhere else they wish to go, but for it to be somewhere they can relax or flourish, rather than having to be put through such ghoulish games. If it's a place we can return to in order to reconnect with our teammates and others we've forged bonds with every so often, even better. The idea of having to say goodbye for good is just too sad, isn't it?

Clearly Typhon has been through many terrible things that drove him to this point. That being said, he should be given a fair trial to be properly judged for his crimes, and then he should have to serve out the appropriate sentence. Penance can counteract his guilt, and perhaps after that he will be able to be properly reunited with his children, so that he no longer feels the need to ever repeat what was done here.

This place deserves a world where justice matters and strength and power don't determine who makes decisions. Instead, they should be determined by the community.

Typhon must demonstrate accountability and atonement if he desires aid in restoring his children.

Bring this place the beauty it deserves without hiding the ugliness. Let Typhon feel every single bit of agony he gave to others and know that the only way to heal is to atone by acknowledging every single bit of pain he caused.

Reparations aside, let him know that kindness is earned, and forgiveness is not going to be given even if he does.

But without this place, we may have never formed these bonds at all. And I am owed not forgetting, not losing what I've worked for, and neither is anyone else. So show him that kindness only when he's ready to grow from it.



Let this place be a beautiful memory, or burn and rise anew. But let none who want to remember forget.
