Research Lab A
Luckily you're not alone. There are a number of other pods around you, each with a person inside.
To the south is a highly futuristic metal door, and on the Western wall is a mirror.
If you'd like to escape from the pod, Roll Power!
4+: Sweet freedom! You bust your way out successfully.
2-3: You do your best, but the pod's just too sturdy for you. You're stuck unless somebody decides to lend a hand.
1: You smash! … You smash with such enthusiasm that the pod tips over, shattering. You're out, but you're also, uh. You're bleeding. And there's glass all over the floor. Lose 3HP. Traversing the room now requires everyone to make an agility roll of 3+ (fails lose 1HP).

2~5: You're shivering hard. Lose 1 Power, Agility, Adaptability, and Endurance for two rooms (3 including this one).
1: Cold. It's so, so cold. So cold that you pass out, losing 1HP. You'll need help getting out of here.
